Alaleke Hourly Kitchen is a 650sqft state of the art Production Kitchen which is ideal for training, filming and high- volume cooking.
Strategically located to serve clients in the Central, East and South East of London including Kent, the kitchen is a 5 Stars -hygiene rated and compliant with Environmental Health Standard making it ideal for any start up business requiring a space to operate from.

The Kitchen is in Charlton, Greenwich, 7 minutes away from Blackwall Tunnel and 5 minutes away from London Woolwich Ferry and 15 minutes from the M25.
BOOKING
This is a pay as you go kitchen and booking arrangements done by e-mail and telephone only. The kitchen operates 24/7 with two shifts per day (8-10 hours per shift).

RATES
Day shift (8:00am – 6:00pm): £30.00/Hour
Night shift (8:00pm – 6:00am): £35.00/Hour

 

HOW TO RENT THE KITCHEN

  1. Make initial enquiry by e-mail (alaleke@gmail.com), WhatsApp, text, or direct phone call to 07552203464.
  2. Provide information about the date, start time and finish time, shift and any other requirements (overnight storage, staffing, cold room and cold freezers).

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HIRE

The minimum time block for hire is 4 hours and the usage is exclusive.
The kitchen can also block booked.
Payments must be made within 48hours of booking for confirmation
£200- Refundable deposit
Overnight storage in the Kitchen is available @ £15.00 after 5pm
Users must have a copy of Public liability Insurance. This document can be arranged for on your behalf through our agents.
Cleaning time should be considered and factored into the booking.

Alaleke Hourly Kitchen does not provide a kitchen porter. It is expected that the kitchen will be handed back CLEAN. A cost of £100 will be charged if we have to arrange for the facility to be cleaned after use.
1 x Complimentary parking space is available with other free parking spaces within the Estate
An induction will be conducted with the client prior to use of the kitchen in respect of the health and safety and house rules.
Clients can register the kitchen as their main production unit for an additional fee.
For any cancellation, there is still 100% PAYMENT IF DONE in the week of the booking.
STORAGE
There will be additional £25.00 charge for overnight storage in either WALK-IN FRIDGE OR FREEZERS. Goods stored overnight are expected to be removed by 9:00 am the following day.

INSURANCE DOCUMENTATION

Users must have a copy of Public liability Insurance. This document can be arranged on your behalf through our insurance brokers if you don’t have one.If more time is required during a shift, a minimum notice of 4 hours is required and this is subject to availability. 

CLEANING
Cleaning time should be considered and factored into the booking. Alaleke Hourly Commercial Kitchen does not provide a kitchen porter. It is expected that the kitchen will be handed back CLEAN. A cost of £100- £150 will be charged if we have to arrange for the facility to be cleaned after use. 

WASTE DISPOSAL
Alaleke Hourly Kitchen will provide up to 7 complimentary 12.5 kilo waste bags both for food and recyclable wastes per 10 hour shift. Additional waste bags will be available on request at £2.00 per bag. Clients can make private arrangements to dispose their wastes.

PARKING
1 x Complimentary parking space is available with other free parking spaces within the Estate

INDUCTION
An induction will be conducted with the client prior to use of the kitchen in respect of the health and safety and house rules. Clients can register the kitchen as their main production unit for an additional fee.
